Use of the service

You may use WineFind for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in a way that violates applicable law. The app is provided for informational and organizational purposes and does not constitute professional, financial, legal, or retail advice.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure. If you create an account, you must provide truthful information and protect your login details. You are responsible for any content, photos, or data you upload or share through the app.

Camera, files, and AI features

Some features may require access to your device camera, photos, or files. By using those features, you consent to the app accessing the relevant media and processing it for the purpose of wine identification, cellar entry, or related extraction features. AI-generated outputs may be incorrect or incomplete and should be reviewed by you before relying on them.

Payments and add-ons

Any premium or add-on purchase is subject to the pricing and terms shown on the app or website at the time of purchase. If you buy through Google Play, Google Play handles the payment processing and billing terms, while we provide the digital content or feature unlock you purchased.

Third-party data and pricing

WineFind may display information about wines, availability, pricing, or store-related data from third-party sources. We are not affiliated with LCBO, SAQ, or any other retailer. Any pricing information shown is informational only, may be outdated or incomplete, and should not be relied upon as current or guaranteed.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are subject to Google Play’s policies and applicable local law. If you believe a purchase was made in error, please contact us and also follow the Google Play refund process.

Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WineFind and YIMPIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the relevant service, if any. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
